We are a service industry, so that is where we are primarily concerned with offering a broad range of tasks, and intangibles. It is not always necessary to go with multiple contractors for your home improvement projects. We have skilled employees in many areas.
We can create for your consideration, upon request, a proposal or job estimate including photos of job (painted to colors of your choosing if you like) legal paperwork for DPS LLC, and specs for products being used. Brochures, flyers and other pertinent information.
As soon as we have a signature on the proposal, or contract, we put you on the schedule. Depending on how busy we are determines when the earliest possible start date is, and as much as we strive to keep a schedule there are a variety of factors that can delay a job, not necessarily having to do with your project. We find this is one of the most difficult parts of a job, foreseeing problems and delays. And will do our very best to minimize day to day glitches, and try see everyone happy at the end of the job. In case of delays that are fault of DPS, we will try and make up for it by working extra hard and doing favors for our customers.
