I have been doing custom House Painting & Remodeling in the Port Orange and Daytona Beach area for 29 years. I specialize in interior & exterior residential painting projects in Volusia County and beyond. Both high end & inexpensive projects are a daily routine for us. We can be concerned with every possible detail, and also quickly paint your home. My customers know how much I 've done for them, and can tell you themselves. I am constantly working with a full crew because of our dedication to the work. The downturn in the economy actually led to circumstances in which we 'banded' together to be the best at what we do, simply. And what we do is home improvement, remodeling, and of course - house painting! I try harder. We try harder. I usually do not tend to let price lose me work, and if you are looking for a professional painter, for top-notch, quality hard work performed for your money, I will be less expensive than anyone else who knows as much as I do, and can do the level of quality of painting that I do. Dynamic Painting & Remodeling is not just me! Although I always make sure every detail of the job is held up to my own personal standards and I'm on every job to make sure of it, of course I count on the guys who work with me to help with everything I do. I personallly tend to every painting project for quality control. Ted runs most of the work we do in repair and remodeling, flooring and drywall for more for 28 years, as long as I have been painting (that's not a coincedence). The other guys have been with me for years too. Brad's painting foreman. PK & William's skills include other areas of construction in addition to their painting skills. I have people that specialize in Faux Painting, and Plastering, and others that are available when the work calls for them, not as subcontractors. As employees of DPS LLC, and all the protections that go with that.

My aim is to give you the best price for the quality of work that is expected from the best painters you will find, anywhere! Seldom do customers really want the cheapest work they can find. Rather the best deal they can get from a qualified professional while maintaining a quality of painting where corners are'nt cut, and the result is quality that we can both be proud to show!

For customers who only need quicker, less expensive alternatives, of course the time and therefore the price it takes to do the work and the time I tend to details can be negotiated. "In this economic climate I tend NOT to lose work because of price!"

Your goal being a homeowner is to weed out scammers and jacklegs and find a contractor who you feel comfortable working with and that you can rely on to perform responsibly & professionally, consistently. Someone who will work for prices that are fair to to both of us.

Be cautious when considering hiring a contractor who claims to “beat any price” That is diffrent than what I try do by bidding as low as I can while maintaing the degree of quality you expect.
You want someone with skill, experience, insurance, awareness of safety issues and good workers. That will not always be the guy with the lowest bid although in order to stay busy I am proud to be low bidder much of the time.
Have you seen the websites that offer you painting qoutes from different local painters? All that it takes to be 'qualified' is the fact that the painters on their lists will pay them a percentage of the job, or a set lead fee. This is not necessarily indicative of any skill or proficiency at their trade.

There are many ways to cut price, cut corners on the prep work, number of coats of paint, and quality of paint used, possibly no liability insurance.
